Step-by-Step Instructions:
Step 1: Access the Stripe Billing Portal
Use the Stripe payment link provided to you by RepeatMD.
Enter the email address connected to your Stripe account. (This must be the same email you used when setting up Stripe.)
Step 2: Add a New Payment Method
In the Payment Methods section, click + Add payment method.
Enter your updated credit card information (card number, expiration date, and security code).
Step 3: Set as Default
Once added, select your new payment method and mark it as Default.
This ensures all future charges are automatically billed to the correct card.
Step 4: Remove Old Payment Methods (Optional)
If you’d like, you can click the X next to an old card to remove it.
Keeping only your active payment method on file helps avoid failed payments.
What if you still can’t update your payment method?
