Overview
The Done-For-You is a new feature designed to make managing RepeatMD’s seasonal and holiday campaigns faster and easier. You can now view, customize, and manage your Done-For-You Promos directly in your Admin Panel.
This feature gives you more control over your holiday promotions while maintaining RepeatMD’s white-glove service: we handle setup, creative assets, and campaign execution for you.

Done-For-You Promos drive significant patient engagement and in-app sales, especially during seasonal events like Black Friday or 12 Days of Christmas. What RepeatMD provides for you with Done-For-You Promos includes:

How It Works
You can follow the steps below or watch the above how-to video for a quick walkthrough.
Step 1: Access the Done-For-You Promos Tab
From your Admin Panel, select Done-For-You Promos from Medcommerce Engine section.
On this page, you’ll see an overview of all active and upcoming Done-For-You Promos.
Step 2: Create or Opt In to a Done-For-You Promo
Click + Create new Done-For-You Promo.
From the Promotion Template dropdown, select a campaign (e.g., Black Friday / Cyber Monday, 12 Days of Christmas, or New Year, New You).
Review the promotion details (dates, name, Custom Shop Category, Site Wide Promotion, Special Offers, Text Campaigns).
Step 3: Set Your Discount Percentages
Enter your Default Discount: this applies to all services, treatments, packages, memberships, gift cards, and products.
Optionally, set unique discounts for:
If a category-specific discount isn’t selected, your default discount will automatically apply.
Example: If you set a 25% default discount, 15% discount for SkinDrop, and a 20% discount for Gift Cards, three special offers will be created, one for each discount type.
Step 4: Save and Generate Your Assets
When you click Save, RepeatMD automatically creates all campaign assets tied to your promotion, including:
Custom Shop Category - Custom categories give patients a curated experience, like a “Staff Picks” list, seasonal specials, or a membership spotlight. They’re your best tool to highlight specific treatments or promotions and make it easy for patients to browse offers in one place.
Special Offers - Special Offers are at the heart of RepeatMD’s Medcommerce engine. They let you run promotions like percentage discounts, dollar-off savings, or BOGOs, driving urgency and immediate action in the app. Reserve these exclusive offers for app users, creating demand and loyalty that keeps patients coming back.
Site Wide Promotions - Site Wide Promotions grab attention instantly. As our CEO explains, they act like an in-app billboard, popping up when patients open the app and guiding them straight into your custom category. This visibility ensures patients never miss your biggest promotions.
Text Messaging Campaigns - Text marketing has a 98% open rate, far higher than email. Text messages hit patients at the right moment with a clear CTA, sending them directly into your app to shop or book. This makes text one of the most powerful tools for driving same-day revenue.
Each of these assets can be opened directly from the Done-For-You Promo dashboard to view or edit.
Managing Your Done-For-You Promo
Once a promotion is active or scheduled:
View campaign details like start and end dates, status, and opt-in admin.
Click View to open your promotion and see all related assets.
Click Edit to adjust the discount percentages directly inside the Done-For-You Promos.
If you edit your discount percentages, please review and update the text and imagery featured on your Custom Shop Categories, Site Wide Promotions, and Text Message Campaigns.
Use the dropdown menu to opt out of a promotion at any time.
Best Practices & Pro Tips
Always review your discounts before saving, changes instantly affect the generated special offers.
Make sure your MyProducts and SkinDrop products are active if you plan to include them in the sale.
Promotions exclude Custom Plans to protect your recurring revenue margins.
Keep an eye on your Sale Summary dashboard to track promotion performance during the event.

Q: Can I get help setting up my promotions?
A: The quickest way to update your promotion is directly in your Admin Panel. If you’d prefer assistance, our Professional Services team is happy to help, just email services@repeatmd.com or message us through the chatbot in your Admin Panel, and we’ll handle any updates for you.
Q: What happens if I don’t set a specific discount for a category?
A: Your default discount will automatically apply to any category left blank.
Q: Can I opt out after joining a promotion?
A: Yes. Simply open your Done-For-You Promo, click the three-dot menu, and select Opt out of promotion.
