When a patient clicks your Ageless link, they enter a guided, white-labeled experience that walks them through a beauty assessment, AI-powered visualization, and a personalized treatment plan — all before they ever speak to your staff. This article walks through every step of that experience so your team knows exactly what a patient has seen and done by the time they land in your admin.
Understanding the patient flow helps your team have better first conversations. When you call a patient, you already know what treatments they explored, how they engaged, and what their recommended treatment plan was.
The Three Paths
Your Ageless links are available in three versions. You share whichever version fits your audience — each has a dedicated link in your Marketing tab.

Intake Questions
Before anything is captured, the patient answers a short set of questions. These shape the AI's recommendations and determine which treatments appear in their results.
Age
Top aesthetic or wellness concerns
The look they're going for (e.g., natural, refreshed, open-minded)
If they’re new to treatments or not
Consent Screen
Before any photo is captured, the patient sees a consent screen explaining what data is being collected, why, and for how long. They must actively check a box to continue — nothing is collected without it.
Contact Information & Phone Verification
After their photos are taken but before results are revealed, the patient enters their contact details. This is the moment they become a lead in your admin panel.

After submitting their phone number, they complete a quick verification step. Results are held until this is done.
What happens in the background: Lead enrichment runs automatically once contact info is submitted. Using publicly available data, Ageless surfaces additional information like the patient's employment and income range. This appears on their contact record in your admin.
Results Summary & Consultation Request
Every path ends the same way. Patients see a full summary of their results — beauty score, treatment recommendations, wellness plan if applicable — and their results are emailed to them to review later.
The primary call to action is to request a consultation. Patients can indicate their preferred availability, which flows directly into your Ageless admin so your team can follow up.
A welcome offer can be also be attached here (ie. $25) — giving patients an incentive to book and apply toward their first treatment plan.
AESTHETICS
Face Photo Capture
The patient takes two photos — a front-facing photo and a profile shot — following guided positioning prompts in the experience. Both photos are used to generate the beauty score and power the visualization.
Why two angles The front photo captures facial symmetry, proportions, and full-face treatment opportunities. The profile captures structure, projection, and areas like jawline and under-chin that aren't visible from the front.
Beauty Score
The patient sees their current beauty score alongside their potential score — what they could achieve with treatment. The score breaks down into subcategories so they understand what's driving each number, along with their strengths and specific opportunities to improve.
Aesthetic Visualization
The patient sees an AI-generated before/after showing what they could look like with the recommended treatments — using their own photos, not a generic model. Both front-facing and profile views are shown.
The experience is interactive. Patients can:
Explore both front and profile transformation views
Swap or adjust individual treatments to see different combinations
Browse other treatments your practice offers and preview how they'd look
Read a brief explanation of why each treatment was recommended for them specifically
Future Self — Aging Preview
After the visualization, patients can see a view of how their face ages over time — decade by decade — and what a difference consistent treatment makes over the same period.
Using the combined Aesthetic + Wellness flow?
After completing the aesthetic flow, patients on the Aesthetics + Wellness path are offered the choice to continue into the future self preview, the wellness experience, or both. This is optional — they can stop here, receive their aesthetic results, and request a consultation, or they can go deeper and get a wellness visualization too. Either way, they stay in the flow and their lead is captured regardless.
WELLNESS
Body Photo Capture
The patient uploads a full body or waist-up photo. Form-fitting clothing or swimwear works best for the most accurate visualization. The experience includes a crop tool so they can frame the photo before submitting.
On the Wellness-only path, this step comes after consent and lead capture — replacing the face photo step from the aesthetic flow.
Wellness Visualization
The AI generates a body transformation visualization using the patient's actual photo — showing the potential results of the wellness treatments your practice offers. Each treatment comes with a brief explanation of what it does and why it was included in their plan.
Treatments shown
Based on your enabled wellness catalog — GLP-1s, hormone therapy, peptide therapy, body contouring, and other wellness services your practice offers. The same catalog rules apply: patients only see what you've turned on.
What Your Practice Sees After a Patient Completes the Flow
By the time a patient appears in your Ageless Contacts, their record already contains everything they engaged with.

Follow up the same day. Patients who complete the experience are warm — they've seen their own face transformed and raised their hand. The window is short. Leads contacted within a few hours of completing the flow convert significantly higher than those who wait a day or more.

Q: Which link should I share — Aesthetics, Wellness, or Aesthetics + Wellness?
It depends on your audience. Aesthetics is best for your core facial rejuvenation patient base. Wellness works well for weight management, hormone therapy, or peptide audiences. Aesthetics + Wellness is the full experience — ideal for new patient acquisition campaigns where you want to capture the widest range of interest. Each link is available in your Marketing tab.
Q: What if a patient on the Aesthetics + Wellness path doesn't want to do the wellness section?
They don't have to. The choice to continue into wellness is presented as an option — not a forced step.
Q:A patient is asking about treatments they saw in their experience. How do I know what they explored?
Check their contact record in Ageless Contacts. The treatments they explored during their visualization are listed there, along with their engagement depth and lead score. You'll know what they were interested in before you make the first call.
Q: A patient says the results didn't look right. What could cause that?
The most common cause is photo quality, like poor lighting. The experience includes guidance to reduce this, and asks to remove any accessories like hats and glasses, but it's worth asking the patient whether they followed the prompts.
Q: Does the entire experience look like it belongs to our practice?
Yes. The experience is fully white-labeled — your logo and branding appear throughout the patient flow. Patients experience this as your tool, not a third-party platform.
