Overview
Ageless Consult is a dedicated workspace in Admin for running Ageless with a patient during a live consult. You set up the session, choose what to generate, and review personalized before-and-afters together in the room.
The whole flow is staff-initiated and provider-controlled. There's no link to send the patient, and no booking prompts or promotional language on the page.
Why It Matters
Turn the visit you're already in into a visual close — show outcomes on screen, upsell treatments with confidence, and help patients commit to the plan you recommend.
You choose the concerns, treatments, and aesthetic direction in the moment, so the results reflect the conversation you're actually having. Sessions are tagged Consult in Ageless Contacts, so you can track your in-room activity separately from self-serve and in-clinic assessments.
Step-by-Step Instructions
In Admin, go to Ageless → Consult.
Choose your Consult type:
Aesthetic & Wellness for a combined consult
Aesthetic for a try-on visualization
Wellness for a wellness assessment visualization
Find your Patient. Search by name, email, or phone, or click + Add a new patient manually for walk-ins.
Select an Aesthetic style: Open Minded, Natural, Refreshed, or Snatched / Contoured.
Select the patient's Top concerns. If you're running wellness services, also select their Wellness interests.
Add Treatments. Use the Aesthetic and Wellness tabs or the search field to find services from your practice's catalog. You can add treatments manually, or toggle Have Ageless AI recommend treatments to surface suggestions based on the consult setup, concerns, and interests.
Set the intensity for each treatment. This controls how prominent that treatment looks in the before-and-after.
Capture Photos:
Face: front-facing and 90° side profile
Full body: front-facing
Choose how to add them:
In-browser capture: take photos with the device camera
Text capture link: send a link to the patient's phone so they can take the photos themselves
Upload: upload photos from the device, with separate options for face and body
Choose what to include: Beauty Score, Future Self, or both.
Click Generate Ageless AI Before & After Images.
Review the results with the patient. Toggle treatments on or off to adjust and regenerate the images.
Best Practices & Pro Tips
Use a device you control. A tablet or in-room display that you hold and share with the patient works best.
Select concerns while the patient talks. Capturing what they just told you is faster and more accurate than a self-completed assessment.
Let AI recommendations speed things up. Use them as a starting point in a fast-paced consult, then adjust to what you'd actually recommend.
Dial in intensity for realism. Adjust each treatment so the result matches the patient's goals and chosen aesthetic style.
Let the patient take their own photos. If you'd rather they use their own phone, send the text capture link. If photos are already on file, upload them instead of retaking.
FAQs
Do I need to send the patient a link?
No. Ageless Consult is always staff-initiated and runs entirely from Admin. The only link you might send is the optional text capture link for photos.
Who can run an Ageless consult?
Anyone with Admin access to the Ageless section.
How do I tell consult sessions apart from the regular flow?
Sessions are tagged Consult in Ageless Contacts, so you can track them separately from self-serve and in-clinic assessments.
Do I have to use the AI-recommended treatments?
No. They're optional suggestions. You can choose the treatments you want to show to the patient based on your recommendations.
Can I use this for wellness consults?
Yes. Choose Wellness or Aesthetic & Wellness as your consult type.
Can I use an existing patient's photos?
Yes. You can upload photos from the device, with separate upload options for face and body.
