Editing Packages

To edit an existing package, please follow the steps below:

1. Log into your Admin Dashboard

2. Click on the ‘App Builder’ tab on the left-side of your screen

3. Click 'Packages' from the top navigation bar

4. Identify the package you want to edit

5. Click on the 3-dot menu on the far right of the Package

6. Select 'Edit Package'

7. Continue editing your package

8. Once you have finished making your edits and click 'Save Package'.

💡Pro tip 1

If you have made edits to a package that has been purchased by a patient, you will get notified that you will have to archive this package and create a new version.

By doing this, you are not disrupting any of your patients accounts - the package they purchased will not reflect the changes you make.

Anyone who purchases the Package from then on, will be purchasing the updated Package.

💡Pro tip 2

If the treatment that is included in an existing package, membership, reward, and/or offer is archived, it will be removed from whatever it's included in.

If you re-publish the treatment, you will need to manually add it back to the package, membership, reward, and/or offer it was originally included in.
