Your patients can purchase treatments and/or packages directly on your Patient Rewards app to redeem when they come in for their appointments.

How to redeem treatments and/or packages with your Patient Rewards app:

💡Pro tip:

  • If a patient has already checked in for their appointment they will still need to redeem the individual treatments and/or packages.

  • If they have not yet checked in for their appointment, they will automatically be checked in once they redeem a treatment and/or package. They will not need to scan to check in.

1. Advise the patient to open their app and click on their account.

2. Have them click on the treatment and/or package they want to redeem under their purchased treatments.

  • If they have not yet purchased any treatments, you can have them do so in person. Once a purchase has been made, follow these steps.

3. Prompt the patient to select 'Scan in office to redeem'.

4. If they have multiple quantities or units of a specific treatment and/or item in a package, use the up and down arrows to designate how many they want to redeem at this appointment.

5. Once the quantities or units are set, have the patient select 'Scan now' at the bottom of their phone screen to open up the camera and scan your QR code.

6. Once the treatment(s) and/or package(s) are redeemed, these quantities of these treatments will be updated on their account. Once they have redeemed all available quantities, the treatment will move to the bottom of their account under 'See past treatments'
