Overview
RepeatCash is flexible stored value in the Patient App Wallet. When your practice enables it on a reward, you can convert an unlocked reward into RepeatCash at the dollar value your practice set — then spend that balance on eligible in-app purchases.
This article is for patients using the Patient App. Practice owners configure RepeatCash values in the Admin Panel.
Before You Start
The reward must be unlocked before you can convert it.
Your practice controls whether RepeatCash is available on each reward and what dollar value applies.
Conversion is your choice — rewards do not convert automatically.
Once converted, RepeatCash cannot be reversed back into the original reward.
RepeatCash applies to in-app purchases at the practice where you earned it. It is not transferable to other practices.
Why It Matters
Not every unlocked reward matches what you want to book today. RepeatCash lets you:
Keep the value of a reward you earned without losing it.
Spend flexibly on eligible services, products, or memberships in the app.
Apply stored value at checkout instead of letting an unused reward sit in your Wallet.
How It Works
Conversion: Tap an unlocked reward on your Rewards screen and choose Bank for $XX in RepeatCash. Confirm with Yes, bank reward. The reward moves to your RepeatCash balance in Wallet.
Value: The RepeatCash amount is set by your practice. It may differ from the retail value of the reward service.
Applying at checkout: Add items to cart, open the cart, and tap Apply next to your available RepeatCash. You must apply the full RepeatCash balance at once — partial application is not supported today.
Where to view balance: Check RepeatCash on your Rewards screen, in the cart during checkout, and under Account in the Patient App.
Rules: Converted RepeatCash cannot be shared with friends or family (unlike some unconverted rewards). RepeatCash earned at one practice cannot be used at another.

Confirm the full balance is applied to the order.

Best Practices and Pro Tips
Compare redeem vs. bank before converting — if you want the specific reward service, redeem it directly instead of banking.
Remember conversion is final — you cannot undo RepeatCash back into the original reward.
Plan to use the full balance at checkout since partial RepeatCash application is not available.
Check eligible purchases — RepeatCash applies to in-app checkout, not in-office payments unless your practice handles exceptions manually.
Common Mistakes and FAQs
Q: Do rewards convert to RepeatCash automatically?
A: No. You must tap Bank for $XX in RepeatCash and confirm.
Q: Can I apply only part of my RepeatCash balance?
A: Not at this time. You apply the full balance at once.
Q: Can I undo a conversion?
A: No. Once a reward is banked as RepeatCash, the conversion cannot be reversed.
Q: Can I share RepeatCash with someone else?
A: No. Converted RepeatCash is tied to your account. Unconverted unlocked rewards may be shareable depending on your practice’s settings.
Q: Where does RepeatCash come from besides rewards?
A: Gift cards and some membership programs (such as Beauty Bank) also credit RepeatCash. See related articles below.
Q: Why is Bank for RepeatCash not showing on my reward?
A: Your practice may have RepeatCash disabled for that reward or RepeatCash may not be enabled for your app yet.
