Discover cards are a great way to boost your Google reviews organically. Discover cards can also provide a flexible way to share links and prompts for various purposes, such as accessing external websites or promoting special offers.
Creating a Discover card that links out to your Google review site or other external resources:
1. Log into your Admin Panel and select 'App Builder' from the left hand navigation
2. Select 'Discover' at the top of your page
3. Scroll down and select '+ Create a new card or offer'
4. Select the valid location - if you have multiple locations with respective Google Review pages, you will want to create each card separately.
5. Create a title and headline
Title: 'Can we ask a favor?'
Headline: 'Tell us how we're doing!'
6. Upload an image of choice - it can be a photo of your practice, a stock image, or a graphic you have created
7. Click 'Select a call-to-action' and choose 'Leave a review'
8. Paste your review page URL
9. (Optional) write up a full description
10. Select 'Save new card'
💡Pro tip:
If you have multiple locations, you can use the location drop-down menu on the top left of your list to make sure each location has a card.
