Creating a Discover Card

Discover Cards can be used to educate, boost discovery, and offer promotions to your patients on the app.

  1. Log into your Admin Dashboard.

  2. Click App Builder tab on the left side of your screen.

  3. Click Discover tab under your practice's name.

  4. Scroll down to the bottom of the list and click + Create a new card.

  5. Check either All Locations or check the selected locations which the offer is available.

  6. Enter your Discover Card Title.

  7. Enter your Discover Card headline.

  8. Add your images or photos by clicking on the image box.

  9. Enter your call to action. Here are the examples:

    • Call now

    • RSVP here

    • Book now

    • Watch now

    • Save today

    • Shop now

  10. On your call to action, please add the link or phone number associated with the call to action button.

    Note: When adding in a URL, you must start with https:// or it will prevent the link from working properly on your app. When including your business phone number, you must first type tel: +1 followed by the phone number with no spaces and hyphens.

  11. Add your description of the Discover card.

  12. Click Save new card button.


Editing your Discover Campaign Card

To edit your Campaign Card, you can follow these two easy and quick steps:

1. Kindly click the three dots to the right of the card.

2. Select Edit.
