View Patient Order History

Administrators can view a patient's order history in the admin portal.

To view a client's order history:

  1. From the admin panel, click Client profiles.

  2. Click on the row with the patient's name. The patient's profile page displays.

  3. Click Order History. A list of all customer orders displays.

  4. Click on the row for an order. The order's detailed information displays.

An order's history includes:

  • Order date

  • List of services or products ordered

  • Original price

  • Discounts (if applicable)

  • Convenience fees (if applicable)

  • Order total

  • Payment method

  • Billing details
