Administrators can view, redeem, and unredeem a client’s treatments, rewards, and automated offers.
Viewing Redeemables
To view a client's redeemable:
Navigate to Client Profile > [Client Name] > Services & Rewards. The window displays available treatments, membership treatments, rewards, and automated offers.
To view redeemed options, click Redeemed in the top right corner of a category.
To view the contents of a table with more than five entries, click View all available rewards.
The Treatments & Packages table displays:
Treatment name

Only applicable to package purchases. Otherwise, displays treatment'
Available quantity / remaining quantity
If the user has multiple units or separately purchased units of a treatment available, the app condenses those quantities into a single row for easier viewing'
Last purchased date / last redeemed date
If the user has purchased or redeemed the same treatment multiple times, the app displays the most recent purchase or redemption date'
The Membership Treatments table displays:
Treatment name
Multiple selections are available for memberships with a Choose from treatment group. The app displays one selection row per available choice. By default, unselected treatments appear at the top of the table.

The Rewards table displays:
Reward name
Redemption type: In-app or in-office

Administrators can redeem and unredeem treatments, rewards, and automated offers on behalf of patients. For treatments (i.e. a client can obtain multiple units), administrators can choose the quantity to redeem or unredeem.

For Rewards, administrators can redeem or bank for RepeatCash. However, administrators cannot unredeem rewards already banked for RepeatCash.
When an administrator redeems an automated offer or reward that grants an in-app discount, this discount becomes unavailable to the client. It will not apply the discount to the client’s cart or existing orders. Conversely, when a patient redeems automated offers or rewards that include in-app discounts, and then an admin unredeems the same offer or reward, the patient can use the in-app discount again.
