Overview
RepeatMD provides promotional copy you can add to appointment reminders to highlight your Patient App launch. Use these templates in confirmation or reminder messages so patients sign up before their visit.
This article includes a Google Doc with full templates plus ready-to-paste text snippets for custom or fixed welcome offers.
This article is for practice owners, managers, and front-desk staff who send appointment reminders outside RepeatMD.
Before You Start
Open the appointment reminder Google Doc template and make a copy to edit in your browser.
Copy your app link from the Admin Panel under App Builder → Home → App Link.
Shorten your URL if your texting platform has character limits. See Shorten your URL with Bitly.
Know your welcome offer amount or custom wording before replacing placeholders.
Why It Matters
Appointment reminders reach patients when they are already thinking about their visit. Adding your app link and welcome offer there can:
Increase sign-ups from patients with upcoming appointments.
Prime patients for in-office conversations about memberships and packages.
Reduce separate marketing sends by embedding launch copy into existing workflows.
