RepeatMD provides text message templates to help you promote a launch flash promotion. Use the Google Doc for editable versions, or copy the snippets below into your texting platform or RepeatMD Text Messaging.

Before You Start

Open the flash promotion text Google Doc and make a copy.
Add your app URL wherever you see <Link>.
Shorten your URL for SMS character limits. See Shorten your URL with Bitly.
Replace xx% with your live discount percent and confirm your promo window (24 hours, 72 hours, etc.).

SMS flash sequences create urgency on mobile where patients are most likely to tap through to your app. Pairing texts with email increases reach across channels.

How It Works

xx% = your flash discount percentage.
Add your practice name where needed in the Doc.

Send via RepeatMD. Use Send text messages (Admin Panel) for in-admin broadcasts.

If you already send appointment confirmation and reminder texts, add your app link there so patients download before their visit.
Match timing to your live promotion window (24 vs. 72 hours).
