Drawing a circle helps you focus on listings within a specific distance from a key location, such as a central intersection or a target area (like a neighborhood, or a commercial zone). It's useful for proximity-based searches when you want to see available listings or past activity around that location.
When you are logged into Associate, and you're on the Map Search page, you'll see a Draw button in the top left corner:
Click the Draw button, and then click on the circle icon:
Next, click on the map where you'd like the center of the circle to be. After you click, you can move your mouse outwards to define the radius.
After adjusting the radius, click the map again to set the radius. The map will then show only listings within that circle.
How do I remove a circle from the map?
To remove a circle that you've drawn, look in the top left corner of the Map Search, and click the trash icon next to the circle icon.
