How do I draw a polygon on the map?

In addition to circles, you can narrow your search by drawing a polygon. This lets you outline a custom area for targeting listings.

Drawing a polygon lets you outline a custom boundary by clicking multiple points on the map. It's ideal for targeting irregular areas that don’t fit a perfect radius — like a retail corridor, industrial cluster, or multi-block stretch.

When you are logged into Associate, and you're on the Map Search page, you'll see a Draw button in the top left corner:

Click the Draw button, and then click on the polygon icon:

Next, click on the map to place the first point of your polygon.

Continue clicking to add additional points and shape the area:

When you have created the shape you want, you can complete it by either click on the first point or pressing Enter on your keyboard to close the polygon.

The map will then display only listings within the polygon:

How do I remove a polygon from the map?

To remove a circle that you've drawn, look in the top left corner of the Map Search, and click the trash icon in the Draw menu.
