How to Search for Listings in Associate
Finding the right listing is easy with the search bar in Map Search. You can search using an address, city, property type, use, broker name, or other keywords.
Search can help you quickly move from a broad idea, such as “retail in Louisville”, to a more specific result, such as a particular property, street, or listing.
Start with the listing search box
From Map Search, enter your search in the box directly below your association's logo in the top left corner:
Start with the type of property and location you’re interested in.
For example:
And click search, and our system will automatically add the corresponding filters.
Now that you're getting some results, you can look at those results.
But you could choose to narrow down your search further.
You might want to add a size filter, you can click on any of the filters, or All Filters:
Or you can add more details to the search box, such as, less than 2000 a month, added in the last 30 days and then click Refine
And now you're viewing listings that are up to 2,000 a month, and also listings that were added in the last 30 days.
You can add more parameters, as you go, or if you want to start over, just click on Start a new search:
Clicking on the listing will open it in your existing window:
You'll see a number of options when you click on a listing. There is Previous and Next navigation buttons so you can move between the different results. You can click Back to return to the main page.
You can add the listing to a report/collection, generate a PDF or share your listing:
Change your search view
In the top right corner, you can change your default view at any time:
