Searching for comps or transactions in Associate is easy with the Map Search filters. Whether you're researching recently sold properties, fully leased spaces, or pending deals, you can customize your view using the status and listing type filters. This allows you to quickly filter to relevant results that match your criteria.
When you are logged in to Associate, and on the Map Search, click the Filter icon in the top right corner:
The Filter Listings menu will open:
You would make your selections in the Status section. For example, if you're looking for sales comps, you would filter by Sold status and limit the listing type to Sale.
Click Update for the results to be updated.
You can also make additional filter adjustments:
Under Dates, you can specify Transacted After, which will give you all comps that were transacted since that date until today:
Make sure you hit Update after making any adjustments to filters:
Once you've applied your filters, your map results will automatically update. You can review the results, and if you want to refine your results further, use the keyword, size, date, or map area filters to narrow results down further.
If you ever want to start over, click reset all at the top of the Filter Listings menu:
