See what's new with emails on Associate.

Updated over 2 weeks ago

More Details

Listing emails now include price and size information when available, along with clearer broker details. Emails now include the agent, shown alongside the company, so you can quickly see who is representing the property.

example:

Broker details appear in listing and saved search emails.

Daily Report Update emails intentionally do not include agent or company information, since these emails are often sent directly to clients.

These details make it easier to evaluate the listings

If you are receiving listings in your Daily Update email outside of your locations of interest, you probably need to update your email preferences.

Price Changes

Listing emails now clearly indicate when a price change has occurred. This makes it easier to spot important updates without needing to compare listings manually:

This has been a frequent request and helps ensure price changes stand out when you're reviewing new and updated listings.

Hourly Updates for Saved Searches

Saved searches can now be configured to send hourly email updates, giving you much faster visibility into new and updated listings that match your criteria:

When hourly emails are enabled, you’ll receive updates throughout the day as listings are added or modified. This provides near real-time awareness.

Hourly emails are optional and configurable per saved search, so you can choose which searches require faster updates and which can remain in the daily/weekly update email.

Weekly Update Emails

Now, instead of the Daily Update email, you can now choose to receive a weekly update email instead:

Weekly emails provide a consolidated summary of activity and are useful if you prefer fewer emails while still staying informed about listing changes, and new member requests.

Performance Improvements

We’ve made several behind-the-scenes updates to improve email performance and reliability, including:

  • More consistent email sending

  • Reduced delays during high-volume sends

  • Infrastructure improvements to support faster delivery

Additional improvements are already in progress and will continue to roll out.
