Our program is a 3-month structured course built around evidence-based methods like CBT-I and neuroscience-backed strategies. It’s designed to retrain your sleep behaviours, reset your body’s natural rhythms, and tackle both insomnia's psychological and physiological factors.
Access period:
The length of access to your program materials and support varies depending on your chosen plan:
A 3-month program grants you access to the content and support for three months, plus any additional bonus access you might get at the time of purchasing if you signed up on a deal (e.g., an extra free month of access).
Longer plans (6- or 12-months) provide extended time to engage with the content and support but do not add extra program content beyond the 3-month course.
Why this matters:
