What is the difference between the 3-, 6-, and 12-month programs?

That’s why we offer three subscription lengths - 3, 6, and 12 months - so you can choose the option that best fits your pace, lifestyle, and level of support needed. Below is a breakdown of the key differences between each program length:

Each subscription will include the same approx. 12-week program in which the core lessons outlining all the cognitive and behavioural changes will be taught. The differing subscription lengths then allow for more or less time to access this program, as well as your personalised sleep schedule and the support of sleep experts through live clinics and your peers in the community groups.

3-Month Program

- Best for: People who can fully commit to the program without breaks, are comfortable with a faster pace, and can strictly follow the program guidelines without wavering.

- Key Details:

  • The 3-month plan is designed for those who can dedicate themselves to the program consistently, with no interruptions like illness or travel.

  • It’s ideal for users who don’t need extra time to digest the content or go at their own pace, and are confident they can make steady progress by following the cognitive and behavioural changes fully without fail.

  • Fast-paced: This option is perfect if you’re ready to stick to the rules and guidelines completely and continue at a fast-pace even if setbacks arise.

- If you need more time after the 3 months, you can always extend the program with a monthly rolling subscription.

6-Month Program

- Best for: Those who want a more flexible approach, prefer to go at a measured pace, and understand there will be some ups and downs in progress during the program.

- Key Details:

  • The 6-month program provides more breathing room to absorb the content and implement changes at a steady pace and allow for inevitable challenges along the way.

  • You’ll have more time to access the live Q&A sessions with sleep experts and engage with the community group for additional support.

  • Balanced pace: This option is great for people who understand that change may take time and would rather focus on long-term progress than speed through the program.

12-Month Program

- Best for: Those who have additional health conditions or circumstances which may make the process more challenging, or prefer a slower, more supported approach.

- Key Details:

  • The 12-month program gives you the most time to complete the core content and continue accessing expert support and the community group.

  • It’s designed for those who want to avoid rushing the process, have other factors like health conditions or extenuating circumstances which may pose an extra challenge, or want extra time to ensure long-term success.
