How to move from the Extension Program to the Maintain Program

If you’ve made it to this point in your re:sleep journey — first of all, we just want to say well done. You’ve stuck with it through the hardest part, you've shown up (even when sleep didn’t), and now you’re in a place where you’re ready to move from retraining your sleep to maintaining it. That’s a big deal!

As you approach the end of needing your main program, you might be wondering: how do I make the shift into the Maintain Program smoothly? We’ve got you covered.

Step 1: Cancel your Extension Program

To avoid being charged for another month of the Extension Program, you’ll want to cancel your monthly rolling subscription before the next payment is due.

You can do that by:

  • Logging into your re:sleep account

  • Navigating to Your Account > Subscriptions

  • Clicking “Cancel” next to your Extension Program

This will ensure your access to the Extension Program continues until the end of your current billing period but no further payments will be taken.

Step 2: Sign up for the Maintain Program

Once your Extension Program ends (or even the day after), you can sign up to the Maintain Program. This will give you access to your new program which focuses on maintaining your new and improved sleep and navigating the ups and downs of daily life. With this comes a whole new community and new live clinics as well!

To note: We recommend signing up on the day your Extension Program ends, or any day after, so you don’t have any overlap in your programs and can make full use of both. This way it's a seamless handover from active retraining into long-term maintenance!
