If you’ve reached the end of your core programme content around the 12-week mark and are wondering, “Wait - am I in the right programme?” or “What do I do now?” - you’re not alone. This is a very common questions we receive!
The answer? Yes, you’re absolutely in the right place - and your support hasn’t ended.
Let’s break down how it all works:
🧠 Programme Duration vs. Access Period
Programme duration refers to the structured, guided course content you receive.
Access period refers to how long you can continue using that content and all the support that comes with it.
✅ Your Retrain Programme
The core programme content spans approximately 12 weeks. This is where you'll find the most structured lessons, foundational techniques, and behavioural strategies. It’s designed around evidence-based methods like CBT-I, ACT and other complimentary therapies.
You have 6 months of total access to your programme, sleep tracker, live clinics, community group, and Care Team support.
This extended access is intentional. It gives you space to:
Revisit key lessons or modules
Consolidate what you've learned
Continue tracking your sleep and refining your routine
Ask questions and get expert advice when things fluctuate (which they will - that’s normal!)
🛠️ So what do I do once the content ends?
This is where the real transformation often starts.
By the time the structured content ends, you’ve already built up a strong toolkit of strategies. The weeks and months that follow are about strengthening those habits, building consistency, and working through the ups and downs that come with long-term sleep change.
During this time, you can:
Keep using your sleep tracker and golden rules
Attend live Q&A clinics to get advice from sleep experts
Chat with the Care Team if you need personalised guidance
Stay connected with the community for support and accountability
Why don’t you add more content after 12 weeks?
We don’t add more lessons for the sake of it and that’s by design. After years of clinical experience, we’ve found that adding more information beyond a certain point can actually be unhelpful. It can distract from the real work, which is doing fewer things - but doing them more consistently.
That’s why the final weeks of your access are all about giving you time, space, and support to bed in what you’ve learned.
Still unsure about your next steps?
If you’re not sure how to move forward now that the lessons have finished, you’re never on your own.
Speak with the Care Team via email (or through the chatbot), and they’ll help you figure out the best way to keep building progress.
Better sleep takes time and we’ve designed your programme to reflect that.
You're doing brilliantly. Keep going - you’ve got the tools, and we’re still right here beside you. 💙
