What happens when my programme expires?

Find out what happens after your membership/subscription ends and what your options are!

If your programme is nearing its end date, you may be wondering what happens next. Here’s everything you need to know about what’s included (and no longer available) once your programme expires, as well as your options for continuing support. Our goal is to be here for you as long as you need!

What Happens When My Programme Ends?

When your membership expires will depend on which programme you purchased. For instance, if you purchased the 6-month programme, your programme will end 6-months from the date you placed your order. When your programme expires, you’ll lose access to:

  • re:sleep programme: This includes all lessons, exercises, and other related materials.

  • Community groups: Any community groups you were part of during the programme will no longer be accessible.

  • Live sessions: Live clinics with our sleep experts will no longer available.

  • Care team Support: If this was a feature of your programme, it'll no longer be available after the programme ends.

But don’t worry - you have options if you’re not ready to say goodbye!

Extending Your Access

If you’re still working towards your sleep goals and need more time with the programme, you can extend your access with our monthly rolling extension programme. This allows you to keep everything you need to stay on track, including lessons, community groups, and live sessions. It’s flexible and you can cancel anytime you want to.

Ongoing Support for Graduates

If you’ve already achieved your sleep goals but would like some ongoing support, we’ve got you covered. Our maintenance programme is designed to help you maintain your improved sleep and to transition from the rules of the programme into normal life. Here’s what it includes:

  • A Maintain Programme: Tailored content to help you maintain your progress and stay consistent with healthy sleep habits.

  • Dedicated Support Group: Connect with others who’ve also completed the programme for advice, encouragement, and community.

  • Live Sessions: Access to live sessions to stay engaged and informed.

We understand that sleep health is a journey, and support doesn’t have to stop when the programme ends. Whether you need a little more time or a way to stay connected after finishing, we’re here to help.
