Tips to access your programme more easily

Find out how to save your log in details and bookmark your programmes page for simpler access!

If you’ve ever found yourself struggling to log in, searching for the right page each morning, or just wishing it all felt a bit more effortless - you’re not alone.

When sleep is already feeling fragile, even small bits of friction can feel frustrating. So we’ve put together a few simple ways to make accessing your programme smoother, quicker, and one less thing to think about.

In this guide, we’ll show you how to save your login details and bookmark your programme page in Chrome and Safari (our recommended browsers for the smoothest experience!)


Save time logging in with “Remember me”

When logging in, you’ll see a small checkbox labelled “Remember me.”

✔️ We recommend ticking this before you log in.

This allows your browser to securely remember your details, so next time you return, you won’t need to enter them again. It’s a small step, but one that makes showing up for your programme feel that bit easier.


Bookmark your programme (Google Chrome)

If you regularly use Chrome, bookmarking your programme page can save you time and mental energy.

Step 1: Click the star icon ⭐

Navigate to your main programme page where you can see the list of your days (your programme homepage). To do this, simply click "Your Programs" along the top menu bar and then click the name of your programme. It will open up your programme homepage as seen below.

To bookmark this page, click the star icon at the top right of your browser (in the address bar).

💡 You can also bookmark other helpful pages like your Sleep Tracker or Account area.

Step 2: Click “Done”

A pop-up will appear.

  • You can rename your bookmark if you’d like

  • We recommend saving it to the “Bookmarks Bar” so it’s always visible

Then click “Done.”

Step 3: Access it anytime

Now, whenever you open Chrome, you’ll see your saved bookmark in the bar.

One click and you’re straight back into your programme.


Bookmark your programme (Safari)

If you’re using Safari, the process is just as simple:

Step 1: Click the “Share” icon

Head to your programme homepage (where your lessons are listed) and click the share icon in the top right corner - the icon will look like this:

Step 2: Select “Add Bookmark”

From the menu that appears, choose “Add Bookmark.”

Step 3: Save to Favorites

In the pop-up:

  • You can rename your bookmark if you wish

  • We recommend saving it to “Favorites”

Then click “Add.”

Step 4: Access from your homepage

Now when you open Safari, you’ll see your programme saved as a favorite -ready to access in one tap.
