- Maintain Programme: Focused lessons and tools to help you maintain your improved sleep patterns and navigate the ups and downs of normal sleep. This includes your sleep tracker.
- Exclusive Facebook Group: A dedicated Maintain community group where you can connect with others who’ve completed the programme and share tips, experiences, and support.
- Live Q&A Sessions: Access to special live Q&A sessions with sleep experts, specifically for members of the Maintain Programme.

How to Sign Up for the Maintain Programme
1. Click here to check out our Maintain Programme plans (monthly or yearly) and choose the one which works best for you. Please note: if you start the monthly plan now, you can always switch to a yearly plan by cancelling and signing up again when your month ends!
2. Finalise your subscription and get started by logging into your account. Your Maintain Programme can be found in the "Your Programs" area.
3. Start Maintaining Your Progress: Once enrolled, you can access the new resources, community, and live clinics to continue your journey.
