I can’t attend the live session because of the times it is on. What can I do?

We understand that the timing of our live sessions may not always work for everyone, but don't worry—there are still ways to make the most of the program even if you can’t attend the live sessions!

Firstly, the times of our live Q&A clinics often vary week by week as they are scheduled based on the availability of our sleep experts. This may mean that more accessible times become available, so we recommend regularly checking the calendar to find out when live sessions are on.

If you still can’t make it to a live session, you have a few options:

1. Watch the Recordings: All live sessions are recorded and posted in your community group the following day. To access the recordings, simply go to the “Media” tab at the top of the Facebook group page and select “Videos” to view past sessions.

2. Submit Your Questions in Advance: If you have specific questions you’d like answered but can’t attend, you can submit them to the community group in advance to be asked on your behalf. You can then watch the recording back later to see the response!

3. Engage in the Community Group: Our community groups are monitored by the Sleep Care Team and sleep experts. If you can’t attend a live clinic, you can always post your questions in the Facebook group to receive guidance and support from our team and your peers there.

By watching the recordings and staying active in the community, you can still benefit from expert advice and stay connected to the support network, even if live sessions don’t fit into your schedule. We’re here to ensure you have access to the support you need!
