Is the re:sleep Retrain programme the same as Sleepyhead Programme?

re:sleep is the new and improved version of our beloved Sleepyhead Programme! While both programmes focus on helping people overcome long-term sleep difficulties, re:sleep has been enhanced with updated content, a more personalised approach, and additional support features.

Here’s how re:sleep differs:

- Improved Personalisation: re:sleep tailors the programme more specifically to your unique sleep challenges, lifestyle, and progress. This ensures that you get a plan that adapts to your needs as you move through the programme.

- Enhanced Support: The re:sleep programme includes support from sleep experts through live Q&A sessions and a community group for ongoing encouragement and guidance.

- Updated Techniques: The programme incorporates the latest in sleep science, building on the core principles of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I) which it is based on and adding newer strategies to help you achieve long-term sleep success.

To note - Our therapy-based programmes are based on psychological and behavioural techniques and are non-medical in nature.
