- If you have been struggling with sleep for less than 3 months.
The program is also currently not adapted if you are suffering from one or more of the following conditions:
- Untreated Sleep Apnea.
- Circadian Rhythm Disorder.
- REM Sleep Behavior Disorder.
- Parasomnia.
- Narcolepsy.
- Seizures or Epilepsy.
- Schizophrenia, Psychosis, or Schizoaffective Disorder.
- Mania or Bipolar Disorder.
- Severe Depression or Severe Anxiety.
- Untreated PTSD.
- Regularly falling asleep during the daytime, which may indicate a more complex sleep issue.
Please do not worry - if you find the program is currently not suitable, it doesn't mean you can't get sleep treatment! It just means you may need a more tailored approach. Please speak with our chatbot to be connected to the sleepyhead clinic for one to one treatment or contact your GP who may recommend NHS sleep specialists in your area.
