Where to Find It: Therapist Dashboard
The Bulk Signature feature is available through the Therapist Dashboard. You can manage and sign documents directly from here.
Docs Due: This section is where you can create and submit documents.
My Signature Pending: This section includes "Authored Docs" (created by therapists) and "Co-signature Documents" (for supervisors and therapists).
Other Signature Pending: Shows documents that have been signed by you but are waiting for signatures from others (e.g., supervisors or physicians).
Once signed, documents are moved to the Episode of Care and Completed Documents sections.
How to Use the Bulk Signature Feature\
1. Signing Your Authored Documents
Go to My Authored Documents in the My Signature Pending section of your dashboard.
Here, you will see all documents you've authored that need your signature.
Select the documents you want to sign.
You can bulk sign all the selected documents in a single action by click the check box next to the "patient" header.
2. Co-signing Documents
If you are a supervisor, you will find Co-signature Documents under the My Signature Pending section.
Documents submitted by assistants will show as Pending Review.
Once reviewed, you can approve and bulk sign all co-signature documents at once.
Understanding Document Statuses
Approved: Documents that have been signed and approved by you or a co-signer.
Pending Review: Documents awaiting review by the supervisor (for co-signatures).
Rejected: Documents that have been rejected and need adjustments before being resubmitted.
Handling Rejected Documents
If you receive a document with a Rejected status:
The rejected document will be located in the Other Signature Pending section.
You can review the document and make the necessary changes.
Once the document is updated, it will be resubmitted for approval or signing.
Co-signer Editing Capabilities
As a co-signer, you now have the ability to edit documents:
If needed, you can make changes to a document directly.
Keep in mind that editing a document will remove the previous signature.
