Overview
My Dashboard gives DORs a consolidated view of the day’s clinical activity, documentation requirements, team schedules, and high-level department metrics. This page updates in real time and serves as the central location for managing daily workflow.
1. Top Navigation Tools
The upper area of the dashboard includes several important controls:
Facility Selector (Top Left)
If you oversee multiple facilities, use the facility dropdown to switch between locations.
Account Controls (Top Left)
Profile Menu: Reset password, update basic account information, or log out.
Clock In / Clock Out:
DORs can clock in and out from this menu.
Clock-in status is recorded in labor reporting and productivity tools.
2. Daily Updates
This section displays:
Welcome Message- A brief greeting when you log in.
Team Announcements- Any scheduler announcements entered from the Scheduling page appear here for all team members. This is often used for:
Holiday reminders
Building updates
Company notices
Workflow reminders
Announcements appear at the start of each day for quick visibility.
3. Daily Overview
This panel summarizes the work assigned to you today.
You’ll see:
Number of scheduled therapy sessions (if you also treat)
Documentation assigned to you
Pending progress notes or evaluations
Screenings (if applicable at your facility)
Show Details
Select Show Details to expand a breakdown by:
Document type
Therapist/discipline
Patient
Status
This gives you a quick list of what needs immediate attention.
4. Today’s Patients
This section displays your daily schedule and can also be used to view your team’s schedules.
Key Features
Your daily patient list
Start Daily Notes directly from this section
Filter by therapist to view another team member’s schedule
Print schedules for the team
Date selector to view past or upcoming days
Today’s Patients is the fastest place to verify coverage, start notes, and monitor clinic flow.
5. Documents Due
This table shows all documentation due across your facility, not just the items assigned to you.
Filter Options
Use the filter icon (three horizontal lines + triangle) beside each column header to filter by:
Therapist
Discipline
Document Type
Patient
Due Date
Status
Download
The list can be exported for team huddles or documentation audits.
Documents Due is a primary tool for managing clinical compliance and ensuring timely submissions.
6. My Signature Pending
This section lists documents waiting for your signature.
Bulk Signature
Use the checkbox next to each item to select multiple documents and choose Sign Selected Docs.
This supports:
Daily notes
Progress notes
Evaluations
Co-signature requirements
You can also view any documents requiring your supervisory review.
7. Other Signature Pending
This section reflects any document within the facility requiring a signature from anyone other than you, helping you oversee overall signature compliance.
DORs use this section to:
Track bottlenecks in documentation
Identify team members who may need reminders
Monitor co-signature throughput
8. Department Metrics Snapshot
At the bottom of the dashboard, you’ll see an operational summary:

Displays facility-level percentages for group and concurrent treatment.
For deeper analytics, navigate to Department Metrics (full reporting suite).
Key Rules & Behaviors
Data updates in real time based on documentation and scheduling actions.
Filters applied in Documents Due only affect your view, not your team’s.
Signature rules follow each state and supervisor requirement in the system.
Only users with supervisory permissions will see co-signature items.

Confirm Clock In/Clock Out was used for the date in question.
Troubleshooting
Refresh the page if counts look off—data loads in real time.
If Today’s Patients is blank, verify facility selection at the top.
If signature buttons are disabled, ensure the document has been submitted.
