Overview
The dashboard is your starting point each time you log in. It summarizes your tasks for the day and gives quick access to documents, schedules, alerts, and tools you use most often. What you see depends on your role—Therapists, Assistants, and DORs each have different dashboard views.

Today’s Patients — Your schedule with assigned patients for the day
Pending Notes — Draft or unsigned Daily Notes, Progress Notes, or Evals
Clock In/Out — Time tracking (if enabled)
Projected Time — Shows your minutes based on today’s plan
Requests or Alerts — Items that need attention
Shortcuts — Links to My Day, Planner, or EOC
DOR / Facility Leader
You may see:
Team Compliance Overview — Unsigned notes, pending progress notes, required documents
Visit Tracking — Supervisory visit items
Daily Team Schedule — All disciplines
Docs Due List — Facility-wide

Today’s Schedule (Therapists & Assistants)
Lists all assigned patients for the day.
You can:
Open a Daily Note
Start or resume documentation
View planned minutes and modes (individual/group/concurrent)
Pending Documents
Shows documents that still need attention.
Includes:
Draft notes
Unsigned Daily Notes
Progress Notes due
Incomplete evaluations
Selecting any item opens it directly.
Compliance & Alerts (DOR View)
Helps you monitor:
Unsigned documents
Overdue documents
Missing progress notes
Supervisory visit requirements
Episode of Care items needing attention
These alerts update automatically throughout the day.
Productivity & Clocking
If your facility uses time tracking:
Clock in/out appears at the top of the dashboard
Productivity updates after each completed note
DORs can view team-level totals in Reports

If your dashboard looks different than coworkers’, it’s due to role-based permissions.

Q: Why don’t I see the same dashboard items as my teammate?
A: Each dashboard adapts to your user role and permissions.
Q: My schedule looks empty. What should I check?
A: Confirm the episode of care is active and minutes are planned for the day.
Q: Can assistants see evaluations or progress notes?
A: They can see only items relevant to their assigned patients; editing permissions depend on role.
Q: Where do I find documents that need to be signed?
A: They appear under Pending Documents and also in My Day.
Troubleshooting
Refresh the page if new patients or tasks don’t appear
Confirm you’re clocked in (if required for visibility)
Clear browser cache or switch to Chrome if the dashboard fails to load
