Common Questions

My dashboard looks different than someone else’s. Is something wrong?

No — the dashboard adjusts based on your role and permissions.

Can assistants complete progress notes?

No. Only evaluating therapists can create or complete progress notes.

Who can bulk sign documents?

Therapists can bulk sign their own documents. DORs can bulk sign across all disciplines.

How do I change a user’s role?

Contact Support or your account lead. Role changes cannot be completed by end users.

I logged in but my schedule is empty. What should I check?

Confirm your Episode of Care is active, verify any planned minutes in the Scheduler, and verify with your DOR that the patient has been scheduled to you.

Troubleshooting

  • If you can’t see a feature, verify your assigned role

  • Clear browser cache or switch to Chrome if pages don’t load

  • If permissions appear incorrect, contact Support with the user’s name and role

  • If you’re a new therapist and don’t see patients, confirm assignments in the Planner
