RESTORE-Insights uses role-based access to ensure each team member sees the tools they need for their daily work. Once logged in, your dashboard and navigation options adjust automatically based on your assigned permission level.

Enter your email and password
Select Log In
If prompted, update your password
Once logged in, you’ll land on your Dashboard
If You Cannot Log In
Confirm your email address is correct

Access is determined by your assigned role at setup.
Role changes must be requested through your facility or organization leads.
Some tools only appear once a user has clocked in (if time tracking is enabled).
Therapists and Assistants only see patients assigned to their caseload.
DORs see all facility-level information.

No. Only evaluating therapists can create or complete progress notes.

Therapists can bulk sign their own documents. DORs can bulk sign across all disciplines.

Confirm your Episode of Care is active, verify any planned minutes in the Scheduler, and verify with your DOR that the patient has been scheduled to you.
Troubleshooting
If you can’t see a feature, verify your assigned role
Clear browser cache or switch to Chrome if pages don’t load
If permissions appear incorrect, contact Support with the user’s name and role
If you’re a new therapist and don’t see patients, confirm assignments in the Planner
