Before you begin
You'll need your Dotdigital API endpoint, username, password, and an address book where contacts should be added.
Connect Dotdigital
Log in to Retention.com
Go to Settings → Integrations → Dotdigital
Enter your API endpoint, username, and password
Choose the address book where contacts should be added
Complete setup
Avoid paying for contacts you already have
By default, we check your existing audience in Dotdigital before adding new contacts.
