Connect your Mailchimp account so contacts can sync to your email platform automatically.
Connect Mailchimp
Log in to Retention.com
Go to Settings → Integrations → Mailchimp
Click Connect and authorize via the Mailchimp OAuth screen
Select the audience (list) where contacts should sync
Complete setup
Mailchimp now connects via OAuth — no API key required. You'll be taken to Mailchimp's authorization screen to approve the connection.
Already connected via API key?
If you previously connected Mailchimp using an API key, your existing connection continues to work as before. No action needed.
Avoid paying for contacts you already have
During setup, we check your Mailchimp list before adding new contacts so you won't be charged for duplicates.
