How to exchange a gift
The gift recipient will need:
The order number
The email address or phone number used to place the order
Steps:
Access the digital return form and log in using the order number and email/phone number.
Select Exchange.
Choose the item, reason, and new size or color. Click Confirm.
Review the exchange and click Review details.
Expand Customer details and replace the original shipping address with the new address.
Click Confirm.
The new item will now be sent directly to the updated shipping address.
