This guide is for merchants managing returns in the Returbo Dashboard.
How to Archive a Request
You can archive a request in two places: from the Returbo app → Requests list, or from inside the request itself.
From the request list:
Go to the Returbo Dashboard.
Find the request you want to archive.
Click the three vertical dots on the right side of the request.
Select Archive.
From within the request:
Open the request you want to archive.
Click the three vertical dots at the top of the request.
Select Archive.
Where to Find Archived Requests
All your archived requests live in one place, so they're easy to find later.
You'll see every request you've archived, in one list.
How to Unarchive a Request
Changed your mind? You can unarchive a request just as easily, using the same two methods.
From the request list:
Go to the Returbo Dashboard.
Find the archived request.
Click the three vertical dots on the right side of the request.
Select Unarchive.
What Happens When You Archive or Unarchive a Request
When you archive a request, Returbo closes the matching order in Shopify. Its status changes from Return in Progress to Return Closed.
When you unarchive a request, Returbo reopens the order in Shopify and sets it back to Return in Progress. In Returbo, the request returns to whatever status it had before you archived it (for example, Request Submitted, Incoming, or Pending Approval).
