If you wish to cancel Returbo, you simply need to uninstall the app from Shopify.
No separate cancellation request is required.
Billing depends on whether you are on a monthly plan or an annual plan.
If You Have Ongoing Return Cases
If you currently have active return or exchange cases, we recommend the following process to ensure a smooth transition.
Step 1: Remove the Returbo portal from your website
Remove the embedded return portal from your website first.
This prevents new return requests from being created while you finish handling existing cases.
Step 2: Complete existing cases
Continue processing all active return and exchange cases inside Returbo.
Step 3: Uninstall the app
Once all cases are completed, you can safely uninstall the app from Shopify.
This ensures that customers who have already started a return are not affected.
How to Uninstall Returbo from Shopify
When you are ready to fully deactivate the service:
Log in to your Shopify Admin
Go to Settings
Click Apps and sales channels
Find Returbo
Click Uninstall
Once the app is removed:
Your return portal is permanently deactivated
No new cases can be created
Billing will follow your subscription terms

You will be charged until the end of your current billing cycle
No additional notice is required
Annual Plan
The system is deactivated immediately upon uninstall
Your annual agreement continues according to the agreed contract term
