You can receive an email notification whenever a customer submits a new request in Returbo.
Instant notifications are useful if:
You handle a lower number of returns.
You want to know immediately when a new request is registered.
You use a manual return flow and need to review or approve requests.
Enable instant notifications
Open Settings in Returbo.
Go to Account settings.
Select Company info.
Scroll down to Instant notifications.
Turn on Instant notifications.
Once enabled, Returbo will send an instant email notification when a new request requiring your attention is registered.
For stores with many returns
If you receive many requests each day, instant notifications may result in a large number of emails. In that case, we recommend using Daily summary emails instead. You can activate these under Summary emails on the same page.
Please note: Returbo currently sends notifications by email. It does not display a notification badge with a number next to the Returbo app inside Shopify.
