✅ Edit Appointment Hours by Type
Let’s get the right appointment offered at the right time!
Go to the SCHEDULING tab in your Aloha dashboard
Click on SETTINGS
Scroll down and click “Set Appointment Type Schedules”
Select the appointment type you want to edit hours for
Choose your preferred method to update the schedule:
Click SAVE SCHEDULE to confirm your updates
💡 Tip: Only the selected appointment type will be updated. You can customize hours individually for each type!
🎉 You’ll Know It Worked When:
Only the times you selected are available for booking that appointment
The appointment no longer shows outside of its scheduled hours
The changes take effect instantly on both the Online Scheduler and Scheduling App
💡 If It’s Not Updating or Looks Off

Availability looks too wide or too narrow | Revisit your input method—click-and-drag may have extra hours |
