How to Change Which Appointment Types Receive Appointment Reminders or Feedback Requests

With Aloha, you can determine which appointment types you would like to send an Appointment Reminder or Feedback Request.

To make edits click on the GEAR ICON followed by INTEGRATION

From there select EDIT APPOINTMENT TYPE SETTINGS


On this page, you will only need to configure the columns. If you do NOT want that appointment type to send a reminder and/or feedback request the toggle should be switched to GREY.

Generally, you would want every appointment type to trigger out both, but there may be cases where you use an internal appointment code like "Billing" or "Follow Up" that are not true patient visits and therefore would not need to message patients for.
