✅ Change the Appointment Display Name
Help your patients feel confident about what they're booking!
Go to the SCHEDULING tab in your Aloha dashboard
Click on SETTINGS
Scroll down and select “Set Appointment Type Schedules”
Find and select the appointment type you'd like to update
In the “Display As” text box, type the new name you want patients to see and hit Save
💡 Try using simple, welcoming language—like “Initial Visit” or “Adjustment + Therapy”—to make it more intuitive for your patients!
