✅ How to Use the Charlie AI Dashboard 🧭

Follow these steps to access and understand what your dashboard is showing you:

  1. Click on "Dashboard"
    You’ll find this on the top left corner of the Aloha interface.

  2. Choose a time frame
    Click the calendar icon on the top right to select your reporting period.

  3. Check the Activity Bar Graph
    Under the “Activities” section, you'll see a graph showing:

    • Total number of calls

    • Types of callers (new vs existing patients)

    • Calls for scheduling vs rescheduling
      👉 Hover over a bar to view the exact call counts.

  4. Use the Color Legend
    The top right of the Activities section explains what each color on the bar graph means.
