Are you a metrics person, who loves to see how well features are performing? We got you covered, we have built out a detailed dashboard to view all your Charlie metrics. Here is a breakdown, of how to navigate your dashboard:
To access the dashboard, click dashboard on the top left hand corner
Select the time frame that you would like to see a report for, by clicking the calendar on the top right.
Under the activities section, you can see a bar graph that you can view either the total number of calls, type of patients who called in, or how many calls were for scheduling appointments or rescheduling them.
On the right hand corner under the activities section, you will see what the different colors on the bar graph represent.
When you hover over a bar on the graph, it will break it down into numbers for you.
If you are not a graph person, we still got you covered. The bottom section on the dashboard shows you, in numbers how many patients called in during the time frame and how many appointments were either scheduled or rescheduled. You will also see a line graph, to help you see trends in calls.
To the far right, you can see the results for your phone calls. You will see how many calls were handled or not handled by Charlie for the reporting period. You can also see what times were busiest for calls, how long Charlie spent on calls and the average of the call time.
The last section on the dashboard, will let you know reasoning behind the calls for the selected period.
