What Does The Provider App Do?

It's your mobile hub for patient conversations and appointment management! This app helps you communicate easily with patients, manage their messages, and keep track of your daily tasks.

Getting Started is a Breeze:

  1. Download the App: Head to your smartphone's app store (Apple App Store for iPhones or Google Play Store for Android phones) and search for "Review Wave." Download it for free! Below is the icon to look for:

  2. Log In: Use your existing Aloha login information. This is the same username and password you use to access Aloha on your computer.

Cool Things You Can Do with the App:

  • Book Appointments: You can book appointments directly for your patients from the app!

  • View Your Calendar: See your appointments on your calendar even when you're away from your desk.

Q: How do I call a patient from the app? A: In the app, go to the patient's profile and click the phone icon next to their phone number. Phone calls will be made using the number of the device you are using.

Q: How do I filter conversations to find what I need? A: Look for the people icon on the "Convos" page. From there, you can select which users' conversations you would like to view.

Q: Can I turn off notifications if I don't want them right now? A: Yes! Go to the app's settings (click the gear icon βš™οΈ). Look for a "Push Notifications" section where you can manage your preferences.

Q: What happens when I archive a conversation? A: Archiving a conversation moves it out of your main view, but it doesn't delete it. You can always find archived conversations later if you need to review them. This helps keep your main message list clean.
