Displaying your 5-star reviews in your office is a powerful way to build trust with patients. This guide is for you if:
You want to show your 5-star patient reviews on your waiting room TV screen.
You need to find your RSS Feed link for positive reviews.
You are setting up an integration with ChiroTV Network.
You are trying to connect your Aloha account to GoChiroTV.
You'll Need:
An active account with either ChiroTV Network or GoChiroTV.
β How to Connect Your Reviews to Your TV
The process has two simple parts. First, you'll copy the special RSS link from Aloha. Second, you'll paste that link into your TV service's dashboard.
Part 1: Find and Copy Your Aloha Reviews RSS Link
This link tells your TV service where to find your positive reviews. The steps are the same for everyone.
Log into your Aloha account.
In the main menu, navigate to FEEDBACK, then click on FEEDBACKSETTINGS.
Look for the section titled Positive Reviews Feed.
Click the COPY button next to the link. This automatically copies the unique URL to your computer's clipboard.
You are now ready to paste the link into your TV service!
Part 2: Paste the Link into Your TV Service
Now that you have the link copied, find your TV service below and follow the specific steps to finish the connection.
If you use ChiroTV Network:
Log into your ChiroTV Network dashboard.
On the left-side menu, click the orange ReviewWave button.
Paste your Aloha RSS link (which you just copied) into the field provided.
Click the UPDATE button to save the link.
What to expect: After saving, you can pick a style for how your reviews will look. Most importantly, make sure you TURN ON the feature so your reviews start playing in your office!
If you use GoChiroTV:
Log into your GoChiroTV interface.
Go to Edit Content
Paste your Aloha RSS link into the RSS Link field.
Click SAVE to complete the connection. Your reviews will now be integrated.
π‘ If Your Reviews Aren't Showing Up
If you've followed the steps but your reviews aren't appearing on the TV, here are a few common solutions.
