βœ… How to Request Temporary International Access

For your protection, Aloha automatically limits account access to IP addresses within the United States (including Puerto Rico) and Canada. If you need to use your account while traveling elsewhere, you'll need to request temporary access for our security team to review.

Here’s how to do it:

  1. Submit a request to our support team at least two business days before your trip.

  2. Email your request to support@getaloha.com.

  3. Include the following information in your email:

    • The email address associated with your Aloha account.

    • The dates you will be traveling.

    • The country or countries you will need to access your account from.

  4. Our security team will review your request and let you know if access can be granted.
