Optimizing Your Versant Login with Automated MFA
To make your Versant integration as seamless as possible, we recommend using Email Forwarding for Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).
By setting up a simple forwarding rule, our system can automatically process verification codes on your behalf. This eliminates the need for daily manual intervention or keeping a browser tab open via the Chrome Extension.
How to Set Up Email Forwarding (Gmail)
Follow these steps to authorize versant@getaloha.com to handle your MFA codes:
Step 1: Add the Recipient
In Gmail, click the Settings (Gear icon) > See all settings.
Go to the Forwarding and POP/IMAP tab.
Click Add a forwarding address and enter:
versant@getaloha.com.Important: You will receive a verification link in your inbox. Click it to authorize the connection.

Once your forwarding is live, let PracticePal know where to look:
Navigate to the VCP Credentials menu in PracticePal.
Click Edit for Versant.
Enter the Email Address used for the Versant login (the one currently forwarding tokens).
Enter your Password and click Save.
PracticePal will handle the rest!
