✅ Use Your Office Phone Number to Send Texts in Aloha

Want patients to see texts from your real office number instead of a random number? You can provision your office phone number for texting right inside Aloha!

Once verified, all outgoing texts will appear to come directly from your Office Phone Number—keeping communication seamless and familiar for your patients.

Your auto-assigned Aloha Phone Number will still be available as a backup, just in case!


🔧 Steps to Provision Your Office Number for Texting

  1. Go to:
    Account > Phone #

  2. Enter your Office Phone Number in the space provided

  3. Click "Submit Request"

  4. You'll receive an automated phone call at that number with a 6-digit verification code

  5. Enter the code into Aloha to complete the process


📝 If You’re Prompted for a Letter of Authorization (LOA)

In some cases, you’ll be asked to complete a Letter of Authorization to finalize setup.

Once your number is approved, texting from your Office Number is live! 🎉
