Text messages can be sent from an auto-assigned Aloha Phone Number or your Office Phone Number, once the number is verified for use.

When using your Office Phone Number for texting, your auto-assign Aloha Phone Number will remain as a back-up number in case there is ever a problem sending texts from your Office Phone Number.

To start using your Office Phone Number for texting, go to the ACCOUNTS Tab > PHONE # page and then enter your Office Phone Number in the box provided and click SUBMIT REQUEST.Β

Next, you will be brought to the phone number verification screen. Here you will enter the 6-digit verification code received from the automated phone call used to verify ownership of the Office Phone Number submitted for provisioning.

Once your Office Phone Number is verified, you're all set! πŸŽ‰ πŸ™Œ

In some cases, you may need to complete a Letter of Authorization (LOA) in order to provision your Office Phone Number for texting. In this case, you will receive an email with the LOA attached. This form must be filled out and sent back to us via support@aloha.com in order to complete provisioning your Office Phone Number for texting.

Once enabled, all outgoing texts sent from Aloha will show on the receiver's phone as coming from your Office Phone Number.
