The Reports page is organized into three powerful tabs. Here is how to get the most out of each one.
🤖 Charlie AI Log
This tab gives you full visibility into your AI agent’s activity so you can catch issues early or verify successful patient tasks.
Audit Activity: Review every action Charlie AI has taken within your selected date range.
Verify Handling: Use this log to double-check that the Charlie AI is responding to patient needs according to your practice standards.
⭐ Reviews & Feedback
This is your reputation management hub. It allows you to see what patients are saying and control your public image.
Two-Way Toggle: Easily switch between Reviews (public posts from connected sites) and Feedback (private requests you have sent).
Control Visibility: Toggle a review to show or hide it on your ALOHA-powered sites and widgets without needing to click "Save." Changes save immediately!
The "Reviewed On" Indicator: This is a key metric. It shows you if a specific feedback request resulted in a review on Google, Facebook, or Yelp. This helps you measure if your outreach is actually working.
Search Tip: When searching your reviews, make sure to enter at least 2 characters to see results.
📅 Scheduling History
This report helps you understand your "Marketing ROI" by showing you which channels are actually booking appointments.
Appointments vs. Leads: Use the toggle to switch between confirmed bookings and potential new patient leads.
Note: Leads mode shows all captured leads regardless of the date range.
Origin & Referral Tracking: Use the Origin and How did you hear filters to see if bookings came from Charlie AI, the mobile app, online scheduling, or referrals.
Growth Tracking: Use the Patient Type filter to separate "New" from "Existing" patients. This is the best way to track how many new families are joining your practice.
Instant Outreach: Hover over any row to see the Call or Message icons. You can then follow up with a lead immediately.
