✨ When You Need This Guide
You want to see how many new patients started care this week.
You need to check your front desk "Show Rate" or "Reactivation" numbers.
You are looking for a quick summary of your billing and collections.
You want to see which leads turned into scheduled appointments.
What This Covers (And What It Doesn't)

Prerequisites/You'll Need
An active ALOHA account login.
Access to the "Dashboard" tab on your left-hand sidebar.
Note: Billing metrics are currently available only for ChiroTouch server users.
✅ Navigating Your Dashboard
Access the Dashboard: On the left-hand navigation menu, click on the Dashboard icon (the small graph icon) to open your Office Summary.
Review the Summary View: Glance at the "cards" on the main screen. These provide a quick overview of areas like Appointments, New Patient Conversion, and Reputation.
Drill Down for Details: To see the data behind a specific metric, click the "View More" link at the bottom right of any card. This opens the Detailed View, showing you a full data table.
Take Quick Action: Within the Detailed Views, look for Quick Action buttons. These allow you to message patients or update statuses instantly based on the insights you've found.
Filter Your Data: Use the dropdown menus in the top right corner of individual cards (e.g., "This week," "Today," or "Last 30 days") to change the timeframe you are viewing.
Track the Patient Journey: Use the New Patient Conversion funnel to see exactly where leads are dropping off from initial lead status to their first started appointment.
