Your own individual user login credentials (rather than using a shared administrator login).
✅ How to Customize Your Tasks List and Alert Settings
Follow these simple steps to tailor your tasks page and set up your email preferences:
Navigate to Settings: Click on the Settings (
) button and select Tasks (
).Choose your task types: Under Which tasks would you like to receive from Aloha?, check or uncheck the boxes next to each task type (such as Answering Service, Form Submission, or Scheduling Leads) to control what surfaces on your list.
Set your time intervals: Customize your alert windows by adjusting the dropdown fields for:
Missed Appointments: Choose how many days ago to look back.
Birthdays: Select how many days in advance to show upcoming birthdays.
Unconfirmed Appointments: Select the time interval for unconfirmed visits.
Activate email alerts: Scroll down to the Alert Notifications section and toggle the To Do List switch to the right (blue position).
Add email recipients: In the Recipients box, type your email address. If you want these alerts sent to multiple team members, simply separate multiple email addresses with commas.
Save your changes: Click the Save Changes button at the top of the page to apply your settings.
